Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing to book with The Nurture Co. 
Outlined below are our T&C's and additional information

Bookings

Bookings are to be paid upfront in full at the time of booking and can be made up to eight weeks in advance.

An email confirmation will be sent one-week prior to your booking. Reschedules will be granted with no fee at this stage.

100% refund: cancellations require written notice via email to hello@thenurture.co with a minimum of four days prior to the confirmed date.

50% refund: granted within three days notice.

0% refund: for cancellations made within two days prior to confirmed date. Zero refund on Gift Vouchers or block bookings..  

Bookings are an arrangement between The Nurture Co. and you, the client. Any updates or cancellations will be made between the client and The
Nurture Co. ​Our practitioners will be updated at every stage.

ALL bookings will be taken via The Nurture Co., not directly with your practitioner. Failing to schedule additional bookings for holistic therapies via The Nurture Co. may lead to the termination of the practitioner. 

Contraindications

An array of health conditions are contraindicated for holistic therapies, for example heart conditions, pregnancy [-16 weeks], low/high blood pressure, skin conditions, and so on. Should you have any questions concerns please feel free to get in touch before booking.

Any contraindicated health conditions raised directly with the practitioner and not prior to making your booking unfortunately cannot be refunded.

If you are in any doubt we strongly advise you seek gudance from your GP prior to making a booking with The Nurture Co.

Please note all treatments given by The Nurture Co. should not replace any ongoing medical treatment you may be receiving elsewhere
 

Etiquette

We are incredibly proud of our hand-selected team here at The Nurture Co. and we believe each team member operates with utmost respect,  
discretion and integrity. Should you feel this has not been the case in your experience please contact us directly at hello@thenurture.co. 

Similarly we expect clients to treat all The Nurture Co. team members the same respect in return. Should the conduct of the client be reported to be
disrespectful in any way the client will be refused to use The Nurture Co. services in future and will not receive a refund. 

Timings

Bookings are one hour per person per booking. Should you want longer please request at the time of booking.  Should you wish to extend your booking once your practitioner has arrived this is possible however additional payment must be made first via telephone

Please contact us directly for information about group bookings [baby showers, hen parties, spa parties etc]

Please allow time for set-up and clear-away before and after your booking with a brief pause inbetween [if using the same practitioner]. Depending on what experience you have booked this may take around 15 minutes either side of your booking. 

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit, contact or make a purchase from www.thenurture.co [the “Site”].

Personal Information We Collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, PayPal accounts, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site [including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations]. Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud [in particular, your IP address], and more generally to improve and optimize our Site [for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns].

Sharing Your Personal Information
We may share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Do Not Track
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Your Rights
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you [for example if you make an order through the Site], or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Data Retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
